1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Your Data

AI Processing

To generate responses and process your content, the app transmits data to the following third-party AI providers as needed:

Only the content required to fulfill your request is sent. We do not use your data for advertising or to train external AI models.

Data Storage

Your content is stored on your device (via SwiftData) and on our secure backend servers for processing. Embedded vector representations of your content are stored for semantic search capabilities.

3. Data Retention

Your content remains stored as long as you keep it in the app. When you delete a Neuron or data source, it is marked for deletion and associated data is removed from our vector search systems. We retain minimal data needed for service operation and legal compliance.

4. Your Rights

5. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. All data transmitted to AI providers and our backend services is encrypted in transit using TLS. No system is completely secure; we will notify affected users as required by law if a data breach occurs.

6. International Transfers

Data may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States. We use contractual safeguards and vendor assessments to protect transferred data.

7. Children

Neurobase is not directed to children under the applicable minimum age. We do not knowingly collect information from children without parental consent.

8. Cookies & Tracking

The Neurobase iOS app does not use cookies. We may collect minimal analytics data to improve the app experience. You can control tracking via your device settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or our website. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
